The harvesting and implanting of bone graft is a complicated expensive orthopaedic procedure. This study introduces unique designed hollow drill bit novel technique rotary ultrasonic drilling porcine to get precise hole for screw insertion can harvest cortical with the least debris generation. new diamond impregnated compared conventional surgical without providing vibrations. Also, variation in diamonds grit sizes (fine 70 µm, medium 155 coarse 250 µm) various process parameters like rotational speeds (500 rpm, 1500 2500 rpm), feedrate (10 mm/min, 30 50 mm/min) amplitude (4 12 20 were optimised enriched quality bone. tool provides cylindrical as per geometry whereas gives dense spiral-shaped debris.
